Help me out here, this has been nagging me for ages and it's suddenly popped into my head again....

I'm sure I recall when buying my car that in the "exclusive" vRS brochure the blurb contained reference to a programmed tailgate wiper that wopuld siwtch on automatically if you had the windscreen wipers on and engaged reverse.

Did I make this up, because mine doesn't and never has. What say you peoples or am I on a wild goose chase here and completely inaccurate of my recollection of the brochure? :scratchch

I think this a Furby future and not an Octy one........not totally sure.

Definately not part of standard Octy RS features.

In fact any Octy, I believe. Even missing from my L&K! ;)

Had it on my Rover and it was a pain in the ****. Do I miss it? No!

My old Furby did it.

Are you not getting mixed up with the climate control going into re-circ when you engage reverse ? Or don't we have that either ?

I think this was mentioned in another thread recently. I think this can be set using the box of tricks K has access to.

A bit anal but apparently it stops you choking to death on exhaust fumes. Can't see it myself but then I drive a petrol
