Just a quick introduction, after 5 weeks of scratching my head over what diesel to buy, I finally picked up my Fabia VRS today from a dealer in Clacton. Its a 03 plate with 27k on it and one previous owner and considering I have just come from a Golf R32, I must say the Fabia is an excellent little car. It actually feels more solid than the golf, there are certainly less rattles and it feels even easier to chuck around corners as standard than the Golf does (whose superb 4 wheel drive system actually saves you rather than good handling!)

However I would like a bit more so current plans are for a Jabbasport remap for the Fabia and to have the rear ARB fitted for a little bit more stability.

My wife now has the R32 (I need a diesel due to change of jobs) but my biggest compliment to the Fabia is that I'm not going to miss the Golf half as much as what I thought I would.
