Dealer HAS TO sell you any part you want. To be Skoda Dealer and official service, they have to have software that shows every single part of the car. Sometimes, problem is that when you want something and you don't know part number, they are just too lazy to go througt the software. If they don't have the part in stock, they have to order it and it should take 2 weeks max to arrive (I waited for my roof bars 2 months). For them, the easiest way is to open the book that has like 30 extras for your car with part numbers and if you want something out of the book they say they can't get it.

Trust me, they can get anythyng they want.

There is one more way: find somebody with car that has part you need and ask him to go to dealer and buy the part for you. They must not refuse that.

Anyway, let us know how it went.

My 07 4x4 doesn't have the sunglasses holder in the roof... does anyone have a part number for me so I can check the price and get one ordered up?

Read posts above and you'll find a link to ETOS page I've posted with part numbers. They are different as there are different colors.

I have a vibration noise coming from the sunglasses holder area stops if i push against it is it the holder or could it be something behind it?
