Hi

For last month or so we been looking into changing cars. We wanted something suitable as a family car but with an element of performance too. We looked at Seat Leon Cupra's, Subaru Impreza's and the Skoda Octavia vRS. I have to say that the Octavia vRS won hands down!

We read fantastic reviews on them and lurked around on this site picking some useful info up.

Finally last weekend we purchased a 52 plate yellow octavia vRS and although we haven't had it a week yet, first impressions are WOW! Such a lot of car for the money, its brill!

Hiya - funnily enough we also chose a yellow Octy Mk I as our first "family" car when our first daughter was on the way. Now had it for almost 4 years and its still going strong - does the family job with no bother but can also still do the fun bit

A red one went past us one day and it looked VERY VERY nice. Sadly there were no red ones around our area in our budget. So... yellow it was!!
