I pressed the button for the heated rear screen the other day which was all fine, but trying to press it again to deactivate it, the button was stuck in. At the end of my journey I managed to prise it out, but since then, the light on the button is constantly on, and I'm pretty sure the heated rear screen is on permanently too.

Is there any way of getting the button out of the dash to see if there are any dodgy connections, etc. Or any other suggestions to stop the heated screen being on permanently?

Ive had the buttons out a few times i removed the plastic trim around the buttons/radio just pull it gently below the heater controls it just pops off

Remove the radio might not need to take it right out

squeeze the back of the plug tp and bttom i think

and it just pops out foward
