06 VRS Fog Lights Misting up

Featured Replies

Right here goes. Every time i take the VRS to the dealer to fix a fault a new one shows up.

@01 miles gearstick rattling=part on order (confident this will be fixed, awaiting part)

@01 Console above head that contains sunroof switches hanging down, fixed but not fixed, still hanging down. Embarrasing with Skoda skeptics on board.

@02 miles stutter with engine=part on order (confident this will be fixed, awaiting part)

@100 rattling rear windscreen=not diagnosed or fixed

@250 miles-rattle from nearside dashboard, very annoying, not diagnosed or fixed

@200 miles knocking from front end when turning right = not fixed or diagnosed

@1000 miles constant knocking when going over bumps= had an independent machanic diagnose drop links knackered, dealer sceptical but changed drop links after torquing up all bolts in the engine area to no availe. Went with my independent mechanics diagnosis= drop links replaced now fixed. All credit to the dealer for this one as a visual inspection would not have sorted this

Now it is the foglights letting in water. Had this on a brand new Peugeot 306, fogs replaced under warranty.

Anybody else having these issues? 2nd Fabia 1st one being impeccable and beyond reproach after 53,000 miles

My foglights mist up if they have got very wet. Turning them on for 5-10 minutes gets them hot enough to fix the problem.
