I know of a Leon that was done after approx. 500 miles. The car is almost 3 years old and 47,000 miles on. Same engine as the Fabia vRS. Hope this helps.

Did the girlfriends 06 vRS with 26 miles on the Clock. Done 11,000 miles since no problems at all and less stutter than the standars Fabia vRS also!

My friend had his Octavia done, same engine as yours. He had it done at 5k miles; it has now done 135k miles (including a few track excursions) - turbo is dying at the moment, (making a whiring sound on boost) but other than age nothing has gone wrong with it.
