Hello hello.

Just joined this site as I've got a W reg Fabia which has been playing up a bit recently.

The latest problem is that the LEDs on my speedo have failed, meaning I don't know how fast I'm going at night!

I would think that they may well be right with the quote for the dashpod. They wouldn't entertain a repair.

You might be better to identify an independant electronics person to fix it for you. I doub't it's the LED's but more likely something elese in that circuit or a dry joint. Probably a really simple fix if you can find someone to do it.

Last September my Kamiq 1.5 DSG 2020reg (regularly serviced) displayed 'Gearbox in Emergency Mode'. Very near home so able to limp home. Dealer took it in and fixed it under extended warranty. All okay until a month ago when it happened again, this time far from home. Switched off the car, restarted and all back to normal and drove perfectly. Yesterday it happened again and only D2 available. Started car today, no problem, all working, no warning sign. I'll be contacting the dealer again

Hello I have a Amunsen MIB2 with MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0359T SW0359 HW28 PART NUMBER 5Q0 035 874B I have been looking very where to find an update as i believe there is SW 0363 H31 that will work on my system. I have also read that SW 0456 HW41 also works but i am not 100%. is there anyone that has either of these software or hardware they are will to share or has anymore information that could help me please would be much appreciated. Hello everyone, I'm experiencing an issue with my brake pedal (basically going to the floor), and I suspect it might be related to the ABS module. I tried to scan the ABS unit for fault codes using VCDS, but I’m unable to communicate with it: it seems like CAN communication is not available. Is this normal on a Fabia Mk2 (5J), or should I definitely be able to access the ABS module via CAN? Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Evening, just looking to see if anyone is experiencing the same issue as me with my Karoq 1.5 Tsi (73 plate)…. So the car has perhaps half a dozen times or more cut out completely when slowing down, no stall / kangaroo or otherwise, power simply gone, resulting in me having to restart the car when in a rolling motion. Hi! I'm in need of some help please. My Octavia estate sat for 8 months unused. The battery went flat (AGM Varta) and doesn't charge. I got the car started with a different battery and then swapped in the dead battery to see if it would start charging. BUT, now the engine was running I needed to move the car a bit and found that the gear stick won't go into reverse gear. It can select 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th but not reverse. I've ordered up a new AGM battery (due in a couple of days) but this reverse
