high octaine fuel

Featured Replies

well ive finally tried the high octaine doo dar fuel !!

Lordy! Lordy! i can certainly tell a diferance in the performance

its like **** off a shovel :D

thanks to all who advised me to try it

Yeah, we finally got 99 down here, at Tescos! Not only that, just picked up a 5p off every litre voucher from them. Every little helps!!!

I've started using Shell V-power in my mk1 vRS, thinks its a 99 fuel. Noticed a little improvement in performance but the general driving seems to alot smoother. I will be using this for all future fill ups.

They say a lot of the extra cost is offset by better mpg.

I always try to use 99 but I put in some 97 the other day as I too had the 5p off a litre voucher for Tescos (but my local one doesn't have 99 yet) but it didn't have the same punch.

I find I get less miles to the gallon but put it down to lead boots!
