The temptation is too much, therefore it is highly likely that I will, for the 5th time this year, be visiting the Ring for the weekend of 25/26th Nov. The track is open all day Sat and Sun........anyone fancy it?

I would of loved to buddy but it to go on have my mates stag night otherwise i would have been well up for it.

You'll be bloody luck to get track time - I went a couple of years back and, although it was supposed to be open, was shut due to snow.

Yeah the snow is a worry, I got caught out in May a few years back. Nice on Friday, went to bed and woke up to about 4 inches of snow on Saturday...........and I was on the bike!!!

All back safe and sound, even with the BMW spinning at Wipperman and just brushing the armco, with virtually no damage.

No snow, but Saturday was wet and slippery to say the least. Track time was excellent, with no more than 20/30 cars in the car park all day. Sunday was better and almost dry all round and no more than 60 cars in the car park.....again the track time was top quality.

Alex/Sean, many thanks for the laps........all were good. That is it now until 2007.

By the way, who was in the red vrs fabia?

Hi Alex, you may have seen in another thread that I've just spent in excess of £4k on an operation on my dogs eyes...........therefore financially an early Ring trip is out of the question for me.

Mind you I notice it's open on Christmas day and I find Christmas boring.......not sure if the Mrs will put up with me disappearing on Xmas day though!!
