...for my fabia vRS. Nearly 4 weeks now:( .

The dealership had a fire last week after an electrical fault on a sh17roen.

A lot of paperwork has been burnt so i've got to go back in and sign mine again.

Hopefully it will now be delivered to them on the 20th, then got to wait a couple of days for the Reg plates to be swapped.

Pain in the Ar53 waiting though.....just want to drive it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Generally, i dont like to be one of those people to open up another topic that has been exhausted time and time again, but after extensive research, i really am struggling to find a forum response that matches fully with my issue. I owned a 2017 Superb Mk III and recently swapped to a Mk IV and love the car apart from one very dangerous fault. Occasionally, the car decides I’m about to hit something and slams on the brakes - so hard, that you think you have hit something! It has happened several times whilst manoeuvering at low speed in reverse which is somewhat disquieting. But it has also recently done it whilst driving forwards - in no way on any occasion was there a risk of collision with either stationary or mobile
