P.s. is the revo remap 'visible' to dealers?

Welcome to the forums. A remap is not visible to the dealers, unless they specifically go looking for it.

That stated, if they were to drop the accelerator a little during say a test drive they might just notice the difference :P

Under normal circumstances this would not be visible except for a test drive or logging boost data. If you were really worried you could invest in an SPS switch from REVO.
