Rubbery Personality?

Featured Replies

I have a theory that you could help me with. Do tyres have a pesronality? I know I haven't had my cup of tea and tablets this morning, but seriously, what do you think?

The way people talk about them tells me that tyres may not be alive, but do have personality traits that you all know and love/hate.

What do you think?

I've just realised the wife swapped then for Tic Tacs.

Anyway, I've had a thought.

In my old Mk1 GTI, I had Brigdestones and they were great up to a point and would then bite me in the **** by loosing all grip in an instant. But then on my Nisan 200sx, the tyres were a bit dopey all the time and only lost grip very steadily right up to the point of no return. Very different personalities. See?
