This is maybe the wrong area to post this but the ICE section seems to be about upgrades to the standard fitment and not faults on the standard equipment.

I've got the Symphony unit in a Fabia VRS and have noticed that sometimes when I turn the volume up, the volume jumps down by a few numbers first. I did have the same problem on a Sony unit with a similar volume controller.

It does tend to be when I'm trying to make small adjustments to the volume but it can be a real pain in the neck when I'm trying to crank the volume up and it goes to practically zero!!!

Has anybody else noticed anything similar and if so did you have any problems getting it rectified at the dealer?
