hello all

just got an octavia 2 but need to put continental headlights in and haynes don't do the manual yet could any one tell me how to do it or know where i can get a manual to show me without having to fork out at the dealer or other garage

when you say 'put in continental' do you mean change the dip to drive in furrin parts without dazzling them?

if you do there's an excellent description of it in the Octy2 threads recently(29 Nov i think?)

I need to change the complete headlight unit as i'm in the forces in germany and can't get away with deflectors i tried the link but got the home page and am a bit thick can't find the thread:rolleyes: can you help i've got he new light from german ebay just need to fit them

Here is a guide for changing the headlight bulbs, but it involves taking out the complete unit, so might help with your task....
