Hi, I was wondering if anybody would help find the location of the wiper relay for a '99 1.8 Non turbo, I believe it is located under the dash, drivers side behind the fuse box, I have narrowed it down to two(or I think), A small black relay or a large black relay(located at the very offside).

Or I could be in the wrong area totally.

Mine's a big brown one, if you'll excuse the expression. Most easilly got at and and removed by taking off the lower-dashboard trim panel right above the pedals (two screws near the front, and it just pulls down. No need to faff about removing the fusebox) and theres a row of relays just behind the lower lip of the dash. The Wiper one's the biggest one nearest the door and just pulls out. Shouldn't take more than 2 minutes to change unless you drop the screwdriver.

Cleaned the contacts in the big browm jobbie, all OK now.
