fabia vrs

Featured Replies

hi everyone,

i am new to this forum and would just like to say hi to all you skoda owners.

i have just purchased a 54reg black fabia vrs, its got 20k on the clock and full

service history. i have been looking at stu's site, fabia-vrs.com and seen some

nice mods, but has anyone here undertaken a Hid headlight conversion? if so how

did it go?

cheers john

I think the guys at Jabbasport have a kit, and from what I can tell, it's really easy to do. Just fit the ballast units somewhere there is space and run the wiring and the HID bulbs to the original light fittings.

One thing I was thinking of, is if you're using the ballast wiring to the bulb, how does the car know when a bulb pops as a warning light comes on the dash when a dipped beam pops.

Welcome to Briskoda! :wavey: There's been a recent thread discussing an aftermarket dual-xenon HID kit, if you have a bit of a search...
