Whats wrong with the badge? IMO its one of best looking ones.. has colour etc! Makes my VDub badge look rather boring and plain in comparason!

Most have seen 'Wallace and Grommits', 'The wrong trousers', which has a penguin as the arch villan' of the piece.

When the penguin puts the rubber glove on to his head, and it wobbles about, it could well be the Skoda badge, that one is looking at.

Does it not look like it?
