Just wondering if this was true, I do remember reading something brief that indicated that the vRS was assembled by the Motorsport division? if so what exaclty, is it just bolted together there or the complete car assembled?

Bolted together in the same place, then hand finished "up the hill", as legend has it. Same as the L&K...can't remember on the Elegance...

Yes, I'd imagine it does pretty come down to having another assembly line for fitting the "non-standard" stuff...

The bodyshell is the only part assembled in the main plant(mlada boleslav). These are shipped via train to another plant (vrchlabi) where the rest of the assembly is done by hand. This applies only to L&K and Octy VRS.
