our local dealer is unable to make the i pod plug retrofit work in the audience sterio. Is it in fact possible to do this and if so is there any special tricks? Appreciate any help:rofl:

If it uses the Aux in then yes it should work. However if its the type that plugs into the autochanger then no it wont work, as the audience uses this internally for its own changer.

Dont forget you do need to turn "Aux" to on in the menu on the stereo.
