Traction Control Problems!!

Featured Replies

I've got an 06 Fabia VRS and the traction control has developed a fault. Every time I start the car after approx 5 minutes the traction control light comes up on the instrument panel(the same as if its deactivated) But if you press the dash button you still cant turn it back on, Its been in twice under warranty, but they havent managed to fix it.

If you turn the ignition off it resets itself and once again you have traction control, but, moments later it comes on again and you don't:thumbdwn:

Its not affected by how the car is driven either, i.e. leave it parked with the engine running and it comes on aswell.

Anyone any ideas or similar cases? Just so that I can try and point the dealers in the right direction to fixing it?!

Thanks:thumbup:

the dealer should fix it, end of story! get it back to them, and MAKE them fix it!

note: don't think it's a common problem... haven seen it mentioned before...
