Parrot Kits

Featured Replies

Dear All,

I'm moving my Parrot CK3300 from my old car into my '03 Octavia but had a few questions before I started:

  • The Octavia standard fit stereo ("Symphony" I think), does it use standard ISO connectors?
  • How much space is there behind the headunit in the Octavia for the ISO plugs & wiring?
  • Has anyone fitted one & where have you put the control box? Someone did suggest behind the glove box, does anyone have any instructions as to how to remove the glovebox in the Octavia?
  • Anyone got any good solutions as to where to fit the LCD unit for the kit?

I think that covers all the questions!!

Thanks,

Jim

I have a CK3100 (there was plenty of info posted about it, including adaptor cable required)

B) Theres very little space...be carefull of Aerial Connections.

C) I have my control box under the Gear Stick cover, remove Ashtry then Gator pulls off. I put it to the left as the ashtray won't close. A installer told me it would also fit under storage unti on top of Dash.

D) I have mine velcroed to the Astray Cover

Theres plenty of Pics on here etc IIRC from when I did it ;) .
