my accelerator pedal creaks and has very slight side to side play , do you think a replacement would be covered under Skoda warranty as there is obviously no actual problem with the pedal operation :(

My clutch pedal creaks and they didn't do anything but tell me I may want to have them look at it after my service.

So I'd assume it's how nice the dealer is feeling the day to ask.

Get under the dash and have fiddle yourself, lazy sod!

I don't see why it shouldn't be a dealer job?

i've had a fiddle Tom , bit i didn't want to just squirt some spray lube up there ,as there is electronics in the pedal , its creaks when pressure is applied (foot on) with the slight sideways movement of your foot when driving , i thought it was the rubber trim pad , but it still does it after i've stuck that down
