256mm to 280mm Brake Upgrade!

I have a Fabia with FSIII front calipers and 256mm (10.1") discs.

I want to upgrade to 280mm(11") disc. What I need to do the change?

I believe you will need to replace the outer hubs as the carriers on the FSIII brakes are integral part of the hub. If you do this, you might as well upgrade to the 312mm brake kit, as its pretty good value. You will just need to spend another £300+ on new outer hubs and bearings, unless you can find some cheap 2nd hand.
