just woundering which spring people on here are running in there forge dvs ive got the green one in mine at mo but was woundering weather i should put the yellow one in as it seems to not be holding the boost i was told by jabba that the green spring is good enough even if the car is remaped and the yellow spring is to strong and may damage the turbo then said they only sell bailey dvs my car is running std boost but has forge sillicone tubo inlet and jetex pannel filter any information on this subject appriciated.

Why not ask Forge mate?

forge say one thing and jabba say another the green spring feels weaker than the bosh dv . i thought this was a skoda discusion forum not english litriture classes

M8, my Vrs is just running short of 240bhp and i too have the 007 DV, Forge told me its ok to have the green spring in but i feel its not holding boost as well and have been told by mate @ APS - VW Audi vehicle servicing and performance tuning to put the OE one back on :(

i may try the yellow spring i have just to see how it responds the bosh dv is definatly stiffer than forge with green spring the green spring is rated at 6-8 psi i think the car runs 9-10 psi std.

If you've a Forge fitted, why ask others what's best?

They also say that these figures should be used as a rough guide only.

Doesn't the standard vRS boost about 9psi? I have heard of tuned cars running more than 15 though so it is possible that it might struggle on a green spring in these conditions.
