Standard CD Player trouble...

Featured Replies

Well, As i'm selling my car today it's decided to play my favourite CD, But not give it back. Any other idea's on how to get it out?

Mine's done this a few times lately (although I have a changer so don't use it all that often.) What seems to work is to let the CD play all the way from beginning to end, and then when it returns back to the start and begins playing Track 1 again, you can usually get it out in the normal way...

Ok, I've sat through song 13. It forwarded to Number 1. Then took it out no problems! Thanks :D

Glad to be of help! There's been one time where I've had to sit through the whole CD, so I'm glad you didn't have to. I always thought it was to do with my aftermarket changer, but if you don't have one, maybe it's something they all do from time to time...

Last few hours of owning the car, So I wont be putting a CD back in it!

My girlfriend found that holding the CD/eject button in for much longer than you think you should works for a stuck CD
