Hi

I think I must be going mad!

When I have arrive at a destination, I have been listening to a cd or radio on my journey.

Radio is on. I switch off ignition - leave car & lock it.

When I get back to car - I unlock, switch on ignition and the radio is switched off.

Is there any way of setting the radio unit - so that the radio comes on again automatically when you switch on the ignition - like on other VW group cars?

I have the MFD2 satnav/radio system in my car

I have the same system as you and my one comes on when the car is started, providing the system was not turned off before turning the engine off.

Sounds like somethings wrong or settings need changing somewhere

Just try switching it off and then on again with the ignition on.

If it is on when you switch off the ignition it should come back on again but if some one switched it on and then off while the ignition was off then it may stay off until you cycle the button
