Can anyone point me to where the idciator flasher unit is in my Fabia 1.9 TDi?

My left hand indicators have stopped working - the dash board light flashes in double time as you would expect with a blown bulb but i've checked all the bulbs and they are OK.

I would like to check the flasher unit but can't locate it - its not shown in the Haynes manual.

I looked behind the hazard warning switch (as per the Octy) but it doesnt appear to be there, unless its built into the small connector at the back of the switch which I doubt.

Any body have any ideas?

It's built into the hazard switch on the octy eg not a separate part, so that might be why you can't see it on the hazard switch on the furby.
