What do you mean by "rattling"?

The tailate, if not properly adjusted, can 'bounce' and make a noise.

I will need more info in order to communicate this to my dealer. Mention the tailgate thing and they do not seem to understand what exactly could it be. Thanks for your answers Stu! Greatly appreciated!

The tailgate sits on two stoppers, one each side, when it's closed. If these aren't adjusted properly or the catch isn't adjusted properly the hatch can move and make noise.

I don't think I can make it any clearer than that.
