Excellent.

I always thought Skoda were overlooked in Warranty direct surveys

is this not just the whole of skoda cars not just 4x4?

You might be right, will have to study it more

Interesting, I heard the man from Warranty Direct talking about the carp 4x4's on the radio on the way home, he said that MAZDA was top and that the top 8 were all far eastern and then the next one was a bloody MINI.

No mention of Skoda whatseover.

the top 10 is for every car not just 4x4's skoda are the most reliable according to that survey!

I agree, I came in from a link on 4x4's & misread it, I just dont know how to change the thread title, If any mods read this can they delete 4x4 from the thread title

I did some digging on the Warranty Direct site a while back and found that the Octavia was quite highly rated and reliable, whereas the Fabia was not so reliable. I don't know what sort of sample sizes they've included - I'm guessing most Fabia owners don't bother with a warranty? - but to beat the likes of Honda, Subaru, Toyota, etc is quite impressive!

Chris

That'd echo the Golf vs Polo I believe, so it's quite believable. The Fabia is still pretty solid as I understand it.

Less reliable than a Mk3 Fix-or-repair-daily Mondeo if you believe the scores  Certainly bears out my experiences, but I'm sure would upset some folks ;)

Chris

Interesting. Though I thought the Mondeo wasn't too bad for that.

I can imagine every car is not the same . some good ones some bad ones, some just unlucky ones.

but I saw that same table a month or so ago and skoda were further down.
