OK folks, I am about to join the Skoda Fabia club very shortly indeed.

The question is : petrol or diesel?

I am looking at either a 2003 1.9 SDi Classic or a 2001 1.4 16V Comfort Fabia Combi Estate. The 2003 diesel is also 2000 euro /

I think it would be close but I think it depends on how long you are keeping the car.....the 2003 car is newer so I would go for that even if it is a little more.

it's a difficult one I suppose

the petrol one wont be much better than the sdi model.... how much money are we talking here??? to be honest i would save up and find a decend TDI model
