Hi all, got my car battery checked saturday and the guy says its holding charge but the checker ( 3 different types he used ) says it has a problem ??? sealed type mind

Now he says for the Fabia SDI it should idealy be a 096 type battery not a 075 thats fitted. he says if the 075 looses charge then the alternator will have to work overtime to charge it because its not the correct battery ??????

Gonna stick it on charge every night this week then get it rechecked to see if same, if yes then new 096 battery gonna get fitted.

Now would this 075 battery thats maybe not 100% cause any foul ups with the

ECU, i mean could it interprete that there is a fault some where, IE flash lights on dash or beep/beeps (this is from behind the dash clocks)

Just asking, new battery is 45-50 quid with 4yrs warrenty ??

found this so i presume it should be a 096
