If anyone knows the answer to this, I can translate.

The only things I can think of that might cause a ringing noise on full lock at low speed (and you're never hear it at high speed because you'll never use full lock) are:-

1) Tyre striking bodywork because the lock stops don't stop the steering turning soon enough. In this case there will be worn patches on the inside shoulders of the front tyres. The remedy is to either remember to not use full lock, or change the lock stops by bending them away from the bodywork or adding thicker plates to them.

2) If the car has power steering, the noise is from the hydraulic pump straining as the driver tries to hold the full lock by pulling the steering wheel against the lock stop.

Anyone know if this is covered in the Haynes manual. If it is, I gave agmorley a manual when I sold Pinky to him, so maybe he could scan/photograph the relevant page and post it on here.

The answer to the "do Haynes supply wiring diagrams" question is usually "sort of". However they are copyright, so scanning and posting the scans here is a big legal nono.

 Thanks for you help, Are you speak Spanish?

Not even slightly. I couldn't carry on a technical conversation like this in Dutch, French or German (all of which I have some understanding of) either.
