me and my freinds were chatting after hes just had a full retractable sunroof on his mini, is it possible to put it on the whole of my roof? or would the whole of the car end up driving like jelly?

You'd need some extra metalwork round the edge welding in place to make it a bit stiffer but it shouldn't have that much of an effect on the handling.

Not sure where you'd get it done done to look any good though.

According to my dealer. Fabias with a sunroof are much stiffer due to the extra strengthening put in to the roof before they fit the 'Audi' sunroof

just seemed like a nice idea for the summer! the whole roof opened up for the dun, i just presumed they could have a extended canvas or something hmm

Glass is much heavier than steel, so a full-roof sunroof would add weight to the car exactly where you don't want it - at the top. Also, there would be prodigious heat loss in winter - unless you double-glazed it, of course.
