Featured Replies

Right Just managed to read to weekend paper.. In it was this -

Skoda has produced 1,000 'Special Limited Edition Fabia vRS models to mark the end of production of the feisty diesel supermini

The cars will feature - Numbered black leather seats (I will kill anyone on here if they get no 001:P ) Red Brake Calipers and race blue metallic paint. Prices start at

:bump:

Didn't someone mention the special ed comes in one spec only...so how can prices start at 129990 (surely they start and end at that price )or does that mean without any dealer only stuff.

Correct. One spec only:

Sunset glass

Blue metallic

Autochanger

Leather seats

Cruise control

Xenons...I think

I presume 'from' means dealer discounts/haggling??

When we ordered ours there was no mention of "extras". But we had to call the dealership today to tell them the number we wanted. They never mentioned that on Saturday.

Not much chance of haggling I don't think, at least not at the moment. Not fitted with Xenons AFAIK.

I can only surmise that Robshaw has been away for the last six months.

skoda_fabia_rs_special_edition01s.jpg

there is no choice of extras it comes as it is and cant be changed my nearest skoad Alex Lawrie have sold most of there allocation of them already

it is beautiful though

Was in the Skoda dealer in Aberdeen yesterday finializing deal for my Ltd Edition vRS and the salesman told me that his manager was in Prague last week test driving the new Fabia. When he asked about the new vRS model due 2008 he was told that no final decision had been made on a vRS model at that time, if in fact one would be made. Be interesting to see what happens when the new Fabia arrives. Personally not that taken with it in the press shots I've seen but some cars grow on you.
