rumbling noise at low speed

i have only had my octavia elegance tdi nearly a week and there is is a rumbling noise which starts at about 20mph and seems to disappear at about 30mph.it makes no difference wether im turning either way or straight ahead.:confused:

does anyone have any ideas?
