Doggie bone

Featured Replies

I know this has properly come up loads of times but here it is again, soz.

Wow!

What a HUGE deference fitting the powerflex bushes from Awesome to the dog bone mount ( cheers Awesome Sarah for the help). The car is so much better all round, apart from the extra vibration inside. But to heck with that I don't mind and if my passengers do I'm sure they can get a bus! I think I will fit a few more of these bushes round the car.

Just mounted the PowerFlex bushes also and I surely think there is TOO much vibration ... :thumbdwn:

thats what i thought aswell, so im running just one poweflex bush and the other standard out of the two part bush, its a good compromise i think

Which one is the standard bush then? The one towards the engine, org towards the rear?

Any vibration when only one Powerflex bush fittet?

I can agree with what your saying, there is loads more vibration but whats the point putting 1 soft standard bush and 1 powerflex my opinion is its a waste of cash. But there your cars and its up to you how you do things, I just think the car now is so much more there than before. When I get back to work I will start putting some cash away for the rest of the kit.

rear is the standard one and then the small front one is the powerflex, still alot different over standard

Hey

I do agree that it CAN be a bit too much extra vibration to start with , but it does settle down after a while

If you cannot cope with it straight away as has been said , just do 1 and it will help

Glad I can be of help with you though guys ;)

Sarah
