Can you please help ?

What on earth is an Octavia(1Z):confused:? I see Mk1 and MK2 octavia listed but also see Octavia(1Z) as a different option for parts and reading codes from ODB ports ?

I've never heard of the Octavia(1Z) - specifically the 1Z part and need to make sure I'm ordering components for the right car.

I think part numbers for the Mk 1 Octy start with 1U and for the Mk II it is 1Z.

But please wait until someone else confirms this before ordering, as I'm not an expert!

1Z is the chassis descriptor for the MKII Octavia, 1U for the MKI. Check the chassis number on your car if confused.
