To P.G.

In essence I agree with you.

As anyone who has met me in person will ( usually ) agree that I am not as I appear to be on t'internet.

But I loathe pomposity, and clever tw@ts.

And I find your previous post offensive btw. Although I will forgive you, for surely ignorance is the biggest disability known to mankind.

Wish I'd found this thread earlier:rofl: Maybe then there would have been two greenies to be slagged off:P

Thank You very much PG. I did think of answering all the sensible well mannered posts, but you have put my views across perfectly. Excellent Forum ,spoilt by arseholes. As to joining 'Freedom' it did cross my mind ,until I read the reply to my post from a Freedom member, which put me off. Thank God there are people like Lummox and others ,who make the Site worth visiting.

It is amazing how often this old lemon comes trotting out as an excuse not to spend £12, not forgetting the little *** kiss to other members to try create a nice big divide:rolleyes:

Like as wat as been said just ignore/ don't read wat u dont like from ignorant arseholes (nearly missed uneducated)that aint up to ure standard, its not asif the space they use would be doin owt else more interesting to u hth:D

I don't get this online persona thing at all. I have met many people via car forums and to an extent they have been as I took them to be online. It tends to be the most vocal on the forums that are the shrinking violet at meets ect.

Some people can be taken the wrong way on these types of boards and then others have an expectation of them to continue on that path leading to a split personality of sorts.

I have a PM from someone warning me that they may put me on their list of people they don't like if I say anything they don't agree with :o I'm sure they'd dislike me as much in person. What you see is waht you get.

Your loathings mean we have something in common other than the whole Skoda thing.

As for ignoarnce, you couldn't be further off the mark (hmm, am I a walking, talking contradiction or what ;))

The offensive post, I can only appologise (and remove it) however in my job I often work with those with severe learning disabilities yet they find similar things funny. It's often the case that we spend too much time defending those who see nothing wrong with the supposed offensive material and less time treating them as normal members of society.

anyway, back on topic...

should the Fabia section be split?

Discuss!

Nah, fook it.

:D

:munch:

The top level for this section has the following description:

"Section dedicated to providing support for you and your Skoda. Share and learn works here"

With the Fabia category:

"Includes all models of Fabia, except the 2007 new Fabia." (there will be a 'New Fabia' category soon)

As you can read in the above, this means that this section is for all and everyone, young and old, boyracer or tortoise...

It doesn't mean that this is the 'Off-Topic forum for disgruntled forum users', that's what we have the 'Off-Topic' section for...
