Erm... Is my radiator meant to move?

Featured Replies

Whiles fiddling with my gearbox oil recently, I noticed that the bottom of my radiator is free to move back and forth by about 5mm? Is that normal or do I need to be doing something about it? :o Sorry for the dummy question!

I'm sure someone else (goochie?) has had the lower mount snap off their rad. If you don't get a proper reply soon, try PMing him.

I’m now on m 2nd vrs and both have movement at the bottom of the rad.

Had the radiator brackets and mounts done under warranty, cause they were knocking.

It still moves a bit, So it should be ok.

I could hear mine when closing the door. Got them done under warranty.
