From Cheltenham you do pass Gordano services on the M5 southbound. Get to Bristol and keep on M5 - you go over a roughly surfaced bridge over a big river, and the extra 4th inside lane goes to Gordano services.

are you on about the avonmouth bridge is it fixed yet

everytime i went to glastonbury festival it was always being repaired

and that was starting about 15 years ago i stopped going when they put a proper fence up

The Avonmouth bridge is 4 lanes open at the moment, but the surface is pretty ppor (accentuated by my car's rough suspension) I believe they're planning on resurfacing soon, which no doubt will cause travel chaos around there.... perfect. :(

Gordano Services is definately on route for you from Cheltenham, about half an hour away

If i'm coming along... bit of dificulty needing to be home saturday night atm, so undecided if coming. But what time are we meeting @ A34/M4 ?
