HI there - Black= Stealth Car and always looks cool. Blue looks killer when clean and polished (as your car always should be! ). I had no choice with mine as my company car budget would not stretch to metallic paint, so I had to go with red. If it were my

I had a black mk1 and loved it to bits. I ordered my mk2 in black, saw one driving past and cancelled the order in favour of the race blue - no regrets.

I chose red as the test drive car I had for the day was red and I think in made the car stand out. As it's a company car, resale values or paint longevity are not an issue for me.

Plus, my little lad who is Pixar's Cars mad, as soon as he saw the car said, "Daddy, you've bought a lightning McQueen!" After that, I couldn't get common blue or black could I ;)

Nope; Sorry; got to disagree

RED is best, here's a photo of mine aka The Red Beast (and the car is not even clean having been on a mucky M25/A3 trip on Friday).

Sorry for the innordinate delay happening across this pic - now I am really excited to get mine.

That looks fantastic!! :D

Mike, do you have sunset tints or after market?

No one has grey.

I'd have though that would look quite nice!

It's not an option for the vRS in the UK.

Oh. Was sure it was for some reason.

I think it'd be quite a popular colour if they did.

Are those the dealer fit sunblinds in the back?

They certainly don't look like sunset tints

I thought they looked a little opaque rather than darkened, so I thought they might be the clip in screens aswell.

A decent alternative to factory fitted tints.

I looking into the option of fitting 5x rear blinds (2x2xsides+rear hatch), but although they are removable if you chnaged your mnd, it was cheaper to factory fit tints.

I couldn't be doing with the faff to be honest - the visibility out of darkened glass rather than perforated blinds is probably better aswell.
