Hi All

Sorry to ask a daft question but does anyone know how long delivery normally takes once the car has arrived in the UK.

I am waiting for a Octavia Elegance 2.0 TDi that I ordered back in January and am obviously getting excited.

I have just telephoned the dealership (based in Mansfield) and they said it arrived in the UK two days ago but could not give me a confirmed delivery date yet.

Anyone got any idea how long it normally takes for the cars to come through customs???

It's dependant on when the dealer calls it forward I believe.

Wouldn't think it'll be anymore than 2 weeks.

I was hoping to have it before easter as I am off for a week but that does not look likely.

Your best bet is to negotiate with the dealer.
