1.4 tdi remap

Featured Replies

Hi all!

I'm the owner of a Fabia 1,4 tdi 70 bhp

Has anybody remap this motor and can tell me his experience?

Thanks!

I have heard they go up to about 100bhp (ish) and pull alot smoother!

yeah, derv doctor says they map at about 105bhp doesn't he? (sure he'll turn up soon ;) )

Dont think the 70bhp engine will get 100. the 1.4 3cylinder pd tdi comes in several forms including 70bhp 75bhp 80bhp and 90bhp(audi A2 only) .

its the 75bhp that can be mapped to about 100.

the difference is in the turbo for each model, but the A2 90bhp version is a completely different engine, something to do with injector angles etc.

i know of an A2 90bhp that has been mapped to around 125bhp and boy does it shift for a 1.4 tdi!

Thanks at all!

I'm looking to upgrade to 90 bhp. Thats enough for me.

Regards!

95bhp and 148ftlb from Upsolute with a generic remap and they are usually quite conservative. Here's the datasheet: Datenblatt Sql

I expect you could get a little more the the likes of CC, Jabba, Revo, etc..
