There's one for sale in Finchley N. London -

It's been for sale forever -- untill very recently it was advertised for over £15k -- they dont have a hope in hadies of getting that money for the car.

Really - what should it be worth? And are there any engine mods?

Not much more, if any, than a standard vRS of the same age really. I have seen them go for a couple of thousand above book price but it really depends on finding the right buyer - someone who really wants one!

Yep has got to have been on sale since they were first launched,spent about the first 3 years up for £18,000

Had thought of making an offer of £8000.

I would agree around the 8,000 mark -- but at its current price its dearer than the last of the run 55 plate mk1 vRS -- and far too close to entry level mk2 vRS that are starting to come to market.
