anti hijack

Featured Replies

Seen this tread somewhere but carn't find it. How do i turn off the auto lock anti hijack freature. The one that activates at about 10mph and won't let anyone out or in until key is removed.Gets annoying when people try to pull me handles off:mad:

I have vag-com just need instructions.

Needs to be deactivated via VAGCOM, maybe someone local on here? or a trip to your dealer

try Fabia-vrs.com - Home Page

look on the left hand side of the page

under technical info then convience

To do this you need VAGCOM.

Go to Controller 46 (central convenience), Adaption (10) then its in there somewhere! :P

The Octavia's settings fror anti-hijack are the same as the Fabia vRS below:

I Manged to get my auto lock off last night but i didnt use vag-com as you need to be registered/pay.Instead i used a nifty program called vw tool which came with my ebay cable. There is no need to pay or register and it seems to access and change all programs that vag-com does but for free.
