Picked up my car today.

An 04 plate Octavia vRS in Black Magic with xenons.

Crawley Down hav done a good job on prepping the car and both Carolyn and I are shattered after the long drive. Quite impressed as we got 40mpg on the way back.

Looking forward to getting to know the car now (and doing a list of mods).

I get 40 on a run and 23 back and to, dont even look at the mpg when you go for a blast, great cars though

In fairness it's a lovely car.

Nice touch was that John from the dealer rang today to make sure we had got home ok and that I was happy with the car.

Playing unmarked cop car is great fun!!

I'm looking forward to a good blast in it though.
