Registered some time ago when SCN went down.

Time to say hello and that im seriously thinking about an octy vrs (2002). Im in about 100 minds at the moment on what my next car should be, originally wanted an s3 but cant justify it anymore. Octy just seems a great deal for what it is, just not over keen on the front end (think its the chrome grill). Got a nice lad doing me some photoshops, bbs ch's, low and the chrome gone

As you may be able to tell from my SCN membership i am a seat owner, to be exact a mk2 ibiza gti

Try keeping the interior clean.

Wasnt my first choice, but not regretting my decision. I Love it.

Not only is the Octy vRS a brilliant, brilliant car, its also a performance bargain. Good luck if you do get one.

S3 is what originaly got me saving, wanted a grey one with the light grey leather......still do really.

might get shot down here but if you want an S3 for vRS money then how about a octavia 4x4?

i know they don't start off as high spec machines but for a alittle money over time they can easily have the S3 spec and more performance

The thing is i didnt want to spend that much money on my next car, just some wheels, coilovers and little bits. The idea originally behind an s3 is that i wouldnt touch it (there mint standard). Now im in the mind of spending less on a car, 6k instead of 11k

Haha! I would end up buying another car to get me to work doing that :P

its pretty much what i have except instead of a 225 engine i have a different turbo and injectors etc and its a dream to drive but sadly the engines a little worn now at 117k and burning a little oil :(
