Would def look around for an independant, my local one (no good to you) will do the vrs cam belt for around £200.

Thank you both,I think i will get the parts priced up at a skoda dealer and then look around for a good reasonable garage thanks again.

I think JKM were quoting £300ish for a water pump, cambelt and tensioner change on the TDI 110.

I found a couple of places were a bit cheaper, and dealers comming in about £450 for a cambelt service with the water pump
