I would say yellow mate.

This is the guide from Forge:

Green 5-15psi

Yellow 15-23psi

Blue 23-30psi

Red 30+psi

i doubt very much it will be running more than 15psi???

:confused: i havent got a clue how many psi im running my remapp is about 210ish not been on a rolling rd,ive got a evoms v flow induction kit,soon to get my t.i.p fitted then maybe full turbo back 100cell blue flame....which color is best?

Had mine remapped by Jabba, then got a Forge 007p fitted later, both Awesome & Jabba recommended the yellow spring.

Difference is the spring strength, if you use one thats too strong it shuts too quickly when you lift off & can damage the turbo. :eek:
